About Us

With over 50 years of combined experience, our proven record of success and extensive knowledge in the area of acquiring and developing land sets us apart in our field. Our knowledgeable team works with lenders, investors, and owners to tackle the multifaceted issues associated with development.

George L. Jenkins’ extensive background as an attorney, William W. Keethler’s comprehensive background in land and site development, and Kenneth M. Conaway’s over 30 years in construction management, more than qualifies us as a full-service provider. Together, we amass years of dedication and experience working closely with consultants, attorneys, banking institutions and accountants, as well as land planners, and engineers, to effect project approvals, including zoning, procurement of necessary permits and negotiation of contracts.

Mr. Jenkins and Mr. Keethler are partners and business owners in Corridor Development Company LLC (“Corridor”), specializing in development of master-planned communities, apartment buildings, residential single-family lots, multi-family, self-storage units and more. In addition to Corridor, Mr. Jenkins and Mr. Keethler are members and owners of Carriage Trails at The Heights LLC.

Project Development

  • Project development is the organizing and planning that goes into a project. It includes goals and outcomes; timelines or schedules kept on task; materials that involve resources or the cost of the materials and labor; and budgets, and the financing necessary to complete a project.
  • Corridor Development is all encompassing, assisting clients anywhere from concept to construction, or consulting on an existing project. We work closely with architects, city planners, government officials, banking institutions, engineers, surveyors, contractors, attorneys, title companies, to build a successful project and oversee the development process from beginning to end.
  • Each project is unique in this business, and we work with each client on a special fee basis. We will sit down with you and come up with a budget that includes a consulting fee or an agreed financial arrangement that suits your individual needs.
