Mr. Jenkins received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1963 from Kent State University and received his law degree, with distinction, in 1966 from the University of Michigan. After graduating from law school, Mr. Jenkins joined the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP in Columbus, Ohio in 1966 and left in 1971 to become the First Assistant Attorney General of the State of Ohio (Chief of Staff) for William J. Brown, the longest serving Ohio Attorney General. Mr. Jenkins returned to Vorys in 1975 and practiced with them until his retirement in 2006. 

Mr. Keethler is the CEO and President of Carriage Trails as well as 201 Corridor Management LLC. Bill has over 35 years of experience in building, land and site development. He works closely with consultants, attorneys, banking institutions and accountants, as well as land planners, and engineers to effect project approvals, including zoning, procurement of necessary permits and negotiation of contracts. 

Mr. Conaway is the Construction Manager and oversees all activity in the field. Mr. Conaway has been with our affiliates since 1991. Among his responsibilities are the management, planning, zoning and land development of Carriage Trails, for DEC Land Co. I LLC, as well as commercial development.

Ken also managed field operations for DEC’s property management division and was responsible for DEC’s multifamily portfolio maintenance and capital improvement budgeting and expenditures.

Ken has extensive experience with the development and construction of hundreds of projects for national companies, some of which include K Mart, Sam’s Club, Pilot Travel Centers, Red Roof Inns, Cross Country Inns, TGI Fridays, and Max and Erma’s. Other construction experience includes regional malls and shopping centers, as well as numerous out-lot restaurants and retailers. He managed the development and construction of 8,000 multifamily and condominium units.

Ken resides in Springboro, Ohio with his wife.

Diana is the Controller and has also been with our affiliates since 1991. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting for all entities and affiliate entities, including but not limited to, annual budgets, cash flows, financial statements, annual audits and CAT tax payments. Diana works with the organization to process all City TIF and bank draws, maintain records for TIF funds balance and use, provide the City with the information needed to apply for Real Property Tax Exemption and Remission with the county/state, prepare special assessment reports to provide to the City to record with the county, manage CAUV applications, recoupments, real estate taxes and different Special Assessment payments.

Diana resides in Dublin with her husband and enjoys spending her free time with her two grandchildren.

Cassandra (‘Cassie’) joined Carriage Trails in 2013 as a Paralegal/Executive Assistant with over 30 years of experience as a Paralegal in various capacities. She handles all of the monthly lot closings within the Carriage Trails development, updates and maintains sales reports and works together with the owners’ association on delinquencies and architectural changes within the community.

Cassie works directly with the CEO/President, Vice President, Controller and staff in day-to-day operations to facilitate new development throughout the state, specifically the Dayton region, and maintains good working relationships with homeowners’ associations, builders, counties, cities, attorneys, financial institutions, title officers, etc.

Her skills also include preparation and review of lot purchase agreements, development applications, annual scholarships offered to the local high schools, and quarterly newsletters to owners from the homeowners’ associations.

Cassie is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received her Legal Assistant in General Practice from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. She is a member of Central College Church where she is an elder and plays in the handbell choir. Cassie resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends and fostering newborn kittens for her local animal shelters.

Tayte is a financial analyst and joined us in 2022. He graduated from The Ohio State University from the Fisher College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Finance. Tayte reviews and analyzes budgets and proformas and handles the company’s financial records and business growth planning.

Tayte is a Notary Public and also works for Kidder Law Firm in our offices in Dublin, Ohio. He currently resides in Heath with his family and enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, hunting, fishing and snowboarding.

Liam joined the company in 2022 as a financial analyst, developing financial models and presentations to aid in the growth of the company’s performance, which include budgets, income statements and proformas. Liam aids executives in decision-making and provides creative alternatives and recommendations to help reduce costs and improve financial performance overall.

Liam is currently in his final year at The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance. He is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, a member of the Fisher Real Estate Society and volunteer with FisherCares.

Liam’s interests include basketball, hiking, snowboarding, and spending quality time with family and friends.
